Vaccinations must be up to date and proof must be provided prior to boarding

Bring any medications, food and any special treats if desired. At the time of check-in, you will be asked about feeding amount and any other special concerns.  Also feel free to bring your pets favorite bed, blanket, pillow, toy(s) for their suite.  Also have a snug fitting collar on them.

The price for boarding includes your pet's indoor suite for sleeping and dining, plus play time with the other boarders during the day(if able). Dogs in the same family can stay together in the same suite, or we’ll provide separate accommodations if that is preferable to you and available. If you don’t wish to bring your pet's own food, we will provide food, for a small additional charge. We have raised beds for the suites

Since we are a small family owned, on site kennel your fur babies will be provided all hands on care, love and attention as if they were our own. Your fur baby will spend most of their day playing, either with other dogs or with us. There will be plenty of physical activity, interactions and stimulation.  Our kennel is fully heated in the winter and cooled in the summer. The kennel is connected to our 24 hour monitored security system for break in, smoke and temperature.  Since we live on premise, your fur baby will be cared for virtually around the clock

We board for <24 hours all the way up to 3 months+ depending on your needs. We do offer discounts on stays of 14+ nights,  28+ nights and 60+ nights. 

Major Holidays require a 3 day paid minimum and is subject to change based on how the holiday falls and bookings.

We are very flexible with both drop off and pick up times and are more then happy to work with you based on your needs.  

Because we have both leash (fenced in area) and off leash guests we do need to know what time you'd like to be here so we can safely have all the pups inside to avoid scratches on vehicles.

For pick ups 7:00pm or later and drop offs 7:00am or earlier there is a single $10 additional fee.

Yes, we do allow pets who have not been spayed or neutered to stay with us, they will not be allowed to play with other intact pets of the opposite sex though.  And they may be separated from play groups based on any aggressions they are exhibiting. 

Yes, we have had and understand dogs who are not dog friendly and we can accommodate non-social dogs while giving them plenty of play time with us doing what they love (i.e. fetch, walks if good on leash, etc.).

We are experienced in handling dogs that are dog aggressive, dog selective or have not been socialized.  We have also boarded multiple Sheriff K9 dogs who are not allowed to be with other dogs and we completely understand this need and know how to work with all these amazing dogs!

Absolutely! We feel very lucky to be entrusted with all fur babies and especially our well seasoned fur babies!  We understand the special care and patience  that is needed to care for our senior companions as well as those who are fragile due to medical conditions!  We take care of all of our guests as we take care of our own pets; with a lot of love, affection, patience and care!

There will be no Daycare offered over Holiday weekends. 

There will be a $10 fee for drop off and/or pick ups on major Holidays (New Year's Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day)

Cancellations happen and we understand the need to cancel trips, vacations, etc., There are no cancellation fees if a booking is cancelled more then 7 days prior to check in day.  Less than 7 day notice will incur a one night cancellation fee.  Please ask for cancellation details for other situations if applicable.
