Failure to show for a scheduled appointment or cancellation with less than 24 hours notice (before we open 8 a.m.) will result in a $30 per pet cancellation fee. Deposits are required and non-refundable for all major holidays.

New clients should be ready to provide us with basic information about the breed and weight of your dog, as well as the dates of your dog’s most recent vaccinations, these will need to be scanned/emailed to us prior to arrival.

Bring any medications your dog may need. Your furbabies food and treats if desired. At the time of check-in, advise the staff of any special medical or behavioral concerns you may have.

The price for boarding includes your dog’s indoor suite for sleeping and dining, plus indoor & outdoor play time with the other boarders during the day. Dogs in the same family can stay together in the same indoor kennel, or we’ll provide separate accommodations if that is preferable to you. If you don’t wish to bring your dog’s own food, we will provide food, for a small additional charge. We have comfy beds for the dog suites and for the overnight guests. There is no need for you to bring your dog’s blanket.

Since we are a small family owned, on site kennel your fur babies will be provided all hands on care, love and attention as if they were our own. Your fur baby will spend most of their day playing, either with other dogs or with us. Between the indoor and outdoor play areas there will be plenty of physical activity, interactions and stimulation. Most fur babies will only sleep (naps and overnight) and eat in their suites. They will be provided plenty of water and affection as well. Our kennel is fully heated in the winter and cooled in the summer. Since we live on premise, your fur baby will be cared for virtually around the clock.
